Midlands Writers Competition 2025

Submissions now open for the annual Midlands Writers Competition by BFTM.

Please note, the competition is ONLY for Midlands based writers (i.e., residents), and incorrect information will result in the applicant's immediate disqualification.

Midlands to include: Derbyshire, Herefordshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Rutland, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire. If in doubt of your eligibility, email us on bftm@birminghamfilmmarket.co.uk.

• VIP Expo Pass - 24th - 26th June including optional 1-2-1 session with MySmash and table read participation
